This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal information we hold is what you send us through the contact form.
Who we are
This website is operated by AWSAVVY LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to AWSAVVY LLC.

Apart from the contact form, this is a static informational website. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not use tracking technologies of any kind. There are no accounts to create.
The contact form is the one place on this site where you can send us personal information. It asks for:
- your name;
- a work email address, so that we can reply;
- your company or organization, which is optional;
- the type of project you are writing about;
- a budget range, which is optional;
- and the message you write.
The form also carries a hidden field that people never see and never fill in. Submissions that fill it are treated as automated and are rejected rather than delivered. Nothing else about your visit is attached to what you send.
How a submission is handled
When you submit the form, the details you entered are transmitted over HTTPS to a serverless function running on our hosting provider's network. That function checks the submission and relays it to our mailbox through a third-party transactional email provider.
There is no database behind this website. The submission is not stored on the site itself: it exists as the message that reaches our mailbox, and in whatever records those providers keep in the ordinary course of delivering it. We use what you send solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, it is not shared for marketing, and it is not added to a mailing list.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served through a hosting and content-delivery provider. Like most web infrastructure, that provider may process standard server logs — such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and user-agent strings — as a technical necessity to deliver the site securely and reliably. We do not use this information to identify visitors.
Inquiries sent through the contact form are processed by that hosting provider and by the transactional email provider described above. Both act on our behalf and only for the purpose of getting your message to us.
No selling or sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing. Apart from the providers described above, which handle your message on our behalf, we disclose correspondence only where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records, after which it may be deleted. We do not build a marketing list from inquiries.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete correspondence we no longer need to retain. Send any of these requests through the contact form and we will reply to the address you give us.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we introduce analytics or add another way to send us information — we will update this policy before those changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
